Who's it for?

 

If you're somewhere between the following two stages of handstand practice:

 

1. Forever kicking up, occasionally fluking

2. Basically got it, PR is ~40 seconds

 

Then this workshop will accelerate you towards solidifying your handstand, not just as a simple position, but as a tool in your arsenal of movement.

 

If your goals are in the domain of calisthenics, then a consistent 60 second handstand is an essential for those hard upper body skills.

 

If you prefer flow acrobatics or dance, then this benchmark will support you in moving with greater freedom through inversions.

 

Now... obviously you're gonna not just do a 2 hour workshop and get months of progress. Sorry if that burst your bubble - not how it works.

 

You are, however, going to receive a specific training plan (yes, made specifically just for you) so that you can spend the next two months making large strides towards your goal as efficiently as possible.

 

So yes, you have to do the work, but not the guesswork. You'll have clarity.

 

You'll learn everything you need in the workshop to be able to keep practising with your personalised program. If you don't really want the handstand to be a consistent 60 second asset in your life that you can bust out without having to think, then this workshop won't be valuable to you.
