You don't need more exercises... you need a process.

Most people who come to acrobatics and flow movement hit the same wall: a pile of skills to work towards, no clear path between them, and a nagging feeling that they're missing something fundamental. FlowShift is built around that missing piece.

"FlowShift is a great resource for any practitioner who wishes to dive, not only into the world of the upside down, but also find more dynamic movement options on the way.

The structure of the program allows complete newcomers a very simple, yet very in-depth entry - and I say newcomers: the first chapter could be completed by anyone!

It doesn't stop here though: also as an already experienced mover you certainly will find plenty of inspirational and challenging material.

FlowShift offers tools to build strength, skill and movement freedom in a diverse and profound way.

If you already connect to James' work in some way, Id whole heartedly recommend to go for it. And if you are not sure yet, well, only one way to find out - you won't regret it!"

What Flowshift is...

A structured video course designed to feel like a week-long intensive workshop if studied daily. 5 chapters, 4+ hours of clear video instruction, yours for life. It starts where you are, regardless of level, and takes you through a complete process from first principles to complex flow and freestanding handstand.

One chapter at a time. No skipping ahead. No guesswork about what to train next.

1) Foundations

Where everything begins. You'll develop the quality of contact, weight shift and control that underpins every skill in the course. Most people have never trained this deliberately. This is where FlowShift separates itself from every other acrobatics resource.

2) Building Capacity

You'll meet the core flow elements and begin handstand work simultaneously. The goal here isn't to nail a skill, it's to expand what your body can do and start connecting the dots between ground movement and inversion.

3) Expanding Control

Inversion integration, cartwheel reinvention and handstand solidification. This is where the foundation you've built starts to feel like freedom. The movement vocabulary grows and the connections between skills become visible.

4) Complexify

Compounding elements, finding the macaco, building the neural network. This is where isolated skills become flow. You stop performing movements and start moving.

5) FlowShift Supplements

Mobility, wrist health and bulletproofing for longevity. The work that keeps you training for years without breaking down.
